Crockpot Beef Burgundy

4 Slices Turkey Bacon

1/2 Cup Scallions, Sliced

1 1/2 pound Stew Beef cut into chunks

2 T minced garlic

4Cups sliced mushrooms

1 16oz can diced tomatoes

2 Cups Beef Broth

Salt and Pepper to taste

Place a 6 qt. stock pot over medium high heat.  Add Bacon and scallions and saute until browned. Add Beef, salt and pepper, and the garlic, toss and coat.  Cook 4-5 minutes, until meat is browned on all sides.  Add meat and all remaining ingredients to the crock pot and cook 4 hours on low.  Enjoy!imgres
